At Peter Ward Homes, we take great pride in helping out the community where we can which is why we leapt at the chance to contribute towards the Immingham Golf Festival. Every year Immingham Golf Club encourage the involvement of all age groups, genders and abilities, to participate in one of the best and most popular Easter Golf festivals in the UK. To commemorate 30 years of this exciting event, the golf club put on a spectacular 3 day festival bigger and better than previous events.
A large selection of high quality prizes where on offer for the winning teams at each of the 3 days of the festival period including a brand new car, a holiday to Portugal and many more. Participants where able to experience a relaxing day of Golf on the parkland course, followed by a meal in the high quality restaurant served by friendly staff.
As a sponsor of the festival we were able to represent one of the holes in the Texas Scramble that took place on Saturday 4th April. Each hole represented a prize that could only be won if the player scored a hole in one. The Peter Ward Homes hole was worth a tailor-made golf club set but unfortunately no one was lucky enough to score a hole in one.Despite the lack of wins, the festival was a great success and everybody was in great spirits. It just goes to show, coming together as a community can result in a great celebration.
