- 1992 British Housebuilder of the Year Award. The company won its first certificate at these prestigious awards.

- 1997 NHBC Pride in the Job Award – These are the “builder’s awards” given by the construction industry.
- 1997 – 1998 British Housebuilder of the Year Awards. In both years the company came second in their category, winning the silver award.
- 1999 British Housebuilder of the Year Award Gold Medal Winner. After two years picking up the runners up award the company scooped the top award at the 1999 ceremony. The award was highly prized and they became the most sought after in the housebuilding industry. This is mainly because they were based on surveys amongst the house buying public.
