At Peter Ward Homes we have been building new residential properties since 1978. Little End, Holme upon Spalding Moor

A mini development of two semi-detached cottage style houses, The Nook and The Holly. This was Peter Ward Homes third involvement with the village, the first being the successful Spaldingate development of 2000 to 2002.

Captains Close, Goole

Captain’s Close in Goole offered all the advantages of a modern town, with excellent road and rail links but at the same time is in a semi-rural setting. In short it was the perfect location for this development of three and four bedroomed homes.

Rawson's Green, Hornsea

An edge of the town devlopment on the site of the former pottery this was the company's first site in Hornsea.

The Willows, Goole

Adding to a series of successful sites in Goole, The Willows was the fifth development in the town. With 30 plots in total, properties ranged from 2, 3, 4 and 5 beds with a selection of nine different house types.

Old College, Beverley
