Peter Ward Homes is pleased to announce that, following a successful trial, it will be launching its Early Bird scheme across all current and future developments. Customers will now be able to reserve any available early bird plot for just £150.
This fully refundable Early Bird Agreement fee, will give customers the reassurance that their dream home is secured while they take time to save a deposit, source a mortgage or sell their current home.
