Immingham, UK: Local house builder Peter Ward Homes enjoyed a successful open day held at it’s Habrough Fields site near Immingham on Saturday 19th March.
The range of offers including Stamp Duty and legal fees being paid, free impartial financial advice and a giveaway of house hold goods worth up to £2,250 proved a big pulling factor.
A steady stream of visitors throughout the day saw a large number ready to move forward in their purchase and make deposits on several plots.
Sales director Rosemary Key, who attended the event, said: “The open day was a great success and helped give some first time visitors to the site a better understanding of Peter Ward Homes.
“We were also delighted to see some of the people we’ve been speaking with over the previous weeks come back and give us the great news that they were now in a position to put down a deposit.
“There was a lot of interest in our Stamp Duty and legal fee incentive. When you consider these costs can easily run in to the thousands of pounds we’re saving our customers a considerable sum of money.”
The open day was well received by potential buyers too. Lorna Davis, who attended the event, commented on the company’s Facebook page: “Wow today I came for an Open Day event and what can I say? Amazing customer service from start to finish.
“All the details there and then, pictures and biscuits and tea and all. My questions were all answered, a financial advisor on sight and I’ve fallen in love with a house.
“Everyone was amazing, helpful, kind and very understanding of me being a first time buyer.
“I felt comfortable, I wasn’t intimidated and I cannot wait to go back tomorrow. I would encourage anyone to come look at these amazing houses. Thank you!”
